The Middle East Rail Expo in Dubai
Middle East Rail, an exhibition targeting the rail sector in the Middle East, North Africa, the Indian sub-continent and Central Asia, was held on 7 and 8 March this year
In this booming part of the world, USD 352 million has been earmarked for railway infrastructure investment between now and 2024. A team was on the spot to showcase Eurailtest and its activities and meet regional market players. It was an ideal opportunity to discuss local railway projects, identify expert support and consultancy requirements and lay the foundations for future cooperation.
Statistics for the event show that there were over 8,000 visitors, 400 exhibitors and 800 conference delegates.
